Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the 7-day return period. Provide your order details and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
Inspection and Approval
After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If the item meets our return criteria, your return will be approved.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method. You may be required to provide your payment details to complete the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged (not due to our fault), or returned after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
